Be Part of Our Summer Staff
Camp Arrowhead, located on Rehoboth Bay in Lewes, Delaware, has been in operation since 1954. Owned and operated by the Episcopal Diocese of Delaware, the camp serves boys and girls aged 8 to 16 years in a loving de-centralized environment. Our program offers Red Cross Swimming, canoeing, sailing/windsurfing, nature, crafts, archery, wilderness camp craft and much, much more. Staffers must be willing to live and work in a Christian family environment, which has always been the basis from which the Camp's traditions and philosophies have evolved.
Camp is surrounded by 500 wood and wetland acres which includes a swimming pool, a private beach on the bay, remote campsites and lots of great program supporting materials. There is a staff lounge, a small canteen and a laundry
