By clicking the registration link below, you agree to and fully understand our policies regarding friendship requests, scholarship assistance, campers with special needs, tuition due dates, and related fees. (outlined below)

Please Remember:

  1. Camp Brain now requires email verification to set up your household.  To save time and frustration on December 3rd, we recommend you do this in advance.

  2. ​The system does not guarantee your space in a session without completing your registration and submitting a payment.

  3. The Household Form must be completed to move forward to the payment options and complete your registration.

  4. A non-refundable $200 deposit is required for each camp session and can be paid via credit card, debit card or eCheck. You may pay the rest of your balance in full today, set up installment payments, or wait and pay by May 30th.

  5. Please be patient on December 3 as we have many families registering at once. If you receive a pop-up message from CampBrain while registering, please follow the prompts.

  6. Use the continue, previous, and return home buttons at the bottom of each screen to navigate through the registration. Do NOT use your browser forward and back buttons. 

  7. Competition Central is 4th Session.

  8. If you do not receive a confirmation email - you have not successfully registered your camper and your spot is not reserved.

Notable Registration Policies:

*DEPOSIT: A 200.00 non-refundable deposit per camp session is required at the time of registration.

*FINANCIAL AID: Camp has a generous scholarship endowment in place to ensure that price is not a barrier to attending Arrowhead. We readily offer 1/4, 1/2 & 1/3 tuition scholarships. Contact our Camp Registrar at 302.645.5348 or [email protected] to learn about eligibility or apply. If your scholarship amount is not sufficient, we will be happy to refund your deposit. *Deposit refunds are only given to financial aid applicants. 

*CAMPER FRIENDSHIPS: We allow campers to choose ONE friend and do our best to honor that request. Requests should be reciprocal, must be within one grade of each other, and signed up for the same program (ie: a 6th grader in Homestead cannot be placed with a 7th grader in Pioneer). WE ARE NOT ABLE TO GUARANTEE ANY PLACEMENTS.

*CAMPERS WITH SPECIAL NEEDS: While camp provides an inclusive and community-focused program, we cannot provide one-on-one care. Camp is a rustic environment with a minimum camper-to-staff ratio of 6:1. We do have a full-time nurse who must attend to the needs of all resident campers and staff. When in doubt, we ask parents to call and have a discussion to see if Arrowhead is the best fit for their camper. Our ability to accommodate some medical needs (severe allergies, glucose monitoring, exposure treatments, daily injections, etc) is at the discretion of our Camp Nurse. If we are not the right program, we’re happy to suggest some other camps that might meet your camper’s needs. 

*ALLERGIES: All allergy conditions must be clearly referenced on the mandatory medical form. If your child has an allergy which could potentially be life threatening, it is critical we have a complete understanding of the condition. The Registrar may put you in contact with our nurse or Food Service Director to ensure we can meet your child’s needs. It is important to be aware that we are not a nut free camp.  As always, give us a call if you have any questions.  

WAITLIST: Please limit your waitlist requests to 2 sessions per camper.

CAMPER FORMS:  We kindly ask that you return to your account by May 30th to complete your camper’s forms:
  • Health History
  • Personality Profile
  • Upload your Insurance Cards
  • Camper Friendship (if applicable)
  • T-shirt Form (if applicable)

FINAL PAYMENTS: Final camper payments are due by May 30th. A late fee of 25.00 will be added to the camper's account after this date.  When late payments are past due one week, we reserve the right to cancel your camper’s registration and open their spot to our waitlist. 

CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS: Cancellations must be made in writing to the Camp Registrar. Prepaid fees, minus the $200.00 deposit per session cancelled, will be refunded to those cancellations received 2 weeks prior to the start of your camping session.  No refunds will be made after this time. If cancellation is necessary prior to camp due to illness or injury, upon receipt of a written statement from a physician, pre-paid fees, except the $200.00 deposit, will be refunded. Refunds will not be given in case of illness, homesickness, dismissal, or voluntary withdrawal from camp once your camper is in session with us. Deposits cannot be applied to other sessions unless a session change is available. 

SESSION CHANGES:  Session change requests can be made in writing to the Camp Registrar, and if granted, will incur a 25.00 processing fee.
