Please read the following Registration Information & Policies Carefully
To fully register and secure your camper's spot for next summer you must:
- Have your camper’s medical information in hand so you are able to fill out the online Health History
- Pay the $200 non-refundable deposit
- By clicking below you agree to and fully understand our policies regarding friendship requests, scholarship assistance, campers with special needs, tuition due dates, and related fees. (outlined below)
- Know that the Competition Central is 4th Session.
- If you do not receive a confirmation email - you have not successfully registered your camper and your spot is not reserved.
For clarity, we have noted key policies multiple times.
*DEPOSIT: A 200.00 non-refundable deposit, and a mandatory information form are required at time of registration.
*FINANCIAL AID: Limited aid is available on a non-discriminatory basis using a first come, first served platform. It is our mission to provide scholarship for any child whose family can show need! To apply, complete the application including the deposit, and click financial aid. The registrar then will send the proper application forms. If for some reason you do not receive assistance, your deposit will be refunded. Contact the registrar at 302-645-5348 for any questions.
*CAMPER FRIENDSHIPS: We allow campers to choose ONE friend, and do our best to honor that request. However please be advised we are NOT able to guarantee any placement. Placing multiple names in the request form will void that request.
*CAMPERS WITH SPECIAL NEEDS: While camp provides an inclusive and community-focused program, it is a rustic decentralized environment with a minimum camper/staff ratio of 5 to 1. We do have a full time nurse who must attend to the needs of all resident campers and staff. We ask parents to call and have a discussion to see if Arrowhead is the best fit for their camper. As part of a large camp network we are also happy to assist you in finding a great camp fit for your child if Arrowhead is not.
*ALLERGIES: All allergies - food and Non-food related, must be clearly referenced on the mandatory medical form. If your child has an allergy which could potentially be life threatening, it is critical we have a complete understanding of the condition. As always, give us a call if you have any questions. Please understand camp is not "nut free".
*CAMPER INFORMATION PACKET: After you receive your registration confirmation email, please return to the camp website, download and print the camper registration packet which contains all necessary information regarding your camper's arrival, session stay and departure.
*CANCELLATIONS, REFUNDS AND SESSION CHANGES:
