The 2012 Reunion

With Great Sadness and Heavy Hearts

It is with great sadness and heavy hearts we inform you that alumni Kenny Monroe, aka Captain Arrowhead, passed away after a short stay at Wilmington Hospital on January 12th, 2013.  Please keep his family and loved ones in your prayers.

A viewing will be held Saturday, January 19 from 2 - 3:30 p.m.  Services will start at 3:45 pm 
at The Episcopal Church of Saints Andrew and Matthew.  (719 N. Shipley St. in Wilmington)
The burial will be private.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you please send donations to Camp Arrowhead. 
Checks should made payable to the 
Camp Arrowhead Alumni Association, 
with "In Memory of Kenny Monroe" 
in the Memo Line and sent to

Purpose

The Alumni Association was formed for 3 reasons:
  • To promote camaraderie among former staff members
  • To assist Camp Arrowhead in its program, publicity, and recruitment (both staff and campers)
  • To provide funds for worthwhile projects and programs.

Membership in the Alumni Association is open to any person who has worked at Camp arrowhead either as a paid or unpaid staff member since 1954. Dues are $15 per year and the money is primarily used to support camp maintenance and programing. All officers volunteer their time and frequently their money to keep the Alumni Association operating.
There are many former staff members whom we've lost touch with and if you are one or know of one please contact any officer.
