Frequently Asked Questions

STAFF
As the foundation of our outstanding program, the staff undergoes thorough screening along with a training program that includes camping skills, first-aid, counseling, Christian Education and human awareness.  Interest in working with children, dedication to the camp's philosophy and program, commitment to Christian Education and a mature sense of safety are key factors in the staff selection process.  Counselors are college age and many staffers are former campers who have grown up in the program.  Several resident families aid with the guidance and nurturing of the staff.  Arrowhead is an equal opportunity employer.

BE A PART OF OUR SUMMER STAFF
Arrowhead offers high school and college youth the opportunity to work with campers in a Christian environment, sharing experiences and growing spiritually.  With the opportunity to meet other staffers from all walks of life, lifelong friends are formed.  Camp experience and recommendations can be a great addition to a resume.  We also work with college programs for credit.  Camp has worked with Camp America for over 15 years.  Staff members from other countries come and share their culture and experiences.  You must be 16 to apply for entry level service jobs.  Counselors must be high school graduates, and there are lots of administrative jobs available.  Interested in applying?  Contact our Director,
