REGISTRATION INFORMATION

Please download Registration Forms (click here) or request them from our Registrar. Then complete one form per camper per session and return card(s), with deposit, by mail to: (Instructions are below)

	Fill out the registration form completely. List a first and second choice of session. One camper per form, please. Those with multiple names will be returned. If you need additional forms please call the registrar or download them from this website! (click here)
	A non-refundable and non-transferable registration deposit of $100.00 per child, per session is required at the time of regisration. Day Camp registrations require the full tuition at time of registration. Upon receiving the registration form, each camper will be sent a packet with all the necessary forms needed to complete your camper's stay.
	BALANCE OF CAMP FEES MUST BE PAID IN FULL BY MAY 15.

ALL REGISTRATIONS AFTER MAY 15 MUST INCLUDE FULL PAYMENT.

Partial financial aid is available. Please submit $100.00deposit and completed registration form with the box checked requesting a financial aid application. Deposits will be refunded if sufficient aid is not granted.

	Health and accident insurance is not provided for campers. Although camp carries liability insurance, family hospital and medical insurance is strongly advised. Charges not covered by family insurance will be the responsibility of the parent or guardian.
	Many churches give camp scholarships, please check with your parish priest.
	Registration is on a "first come- first served" basis. Sign up early and avoid waiting lists.
	Tax Id for dependant care Registering your child for camp may make you eligible for dependant care on your Federal Income Tax. For your convenience our Tax Id# is 510065734
	A portion of the actual cost of the camping program is subsidized by the Episcopal Diocese of Delaware. Camp Arrowhead is also a United Way recipient: Delaware #9082 and South Eastern PA #7989.
	Photographs and videos of campers and activities may be used for program or publicity purposes unless otherwise requested in writing by parents. Camp Arrowhead does not give out personal information about campers or staff.
